Who Can Join the Ranks?


Regular membership:

Any retired personnel (regardless of rank or trade) who served in the Royal Canadian Signals and/or any of the Communication and Electronics branch of the Canadian Forces, being Regular or Reserve.

Any personnel (regardless of rank or trade) who are presently serving in any of the Communication and Electronics branches of the Canadian Forces, being Regular or Reserve.

Associate membership:

Any retired civilian personnel who served with the Royal Canadian Signals and/or any of the Communications and Electronics branches of the Canadian Forces.

Any civilian personnel who are presently serving with any of the Communication and Electronics branches of the Canadian Forces.

Any retired civilian personnel who served with any of the Communication and Electronics branches of the Commonwealth or Allied Forces.

Spouses of deceased personnel (regardless of rank or trade) who served in the Royal Canadian Signals or any of the Communication and Electronics branches of the Canadian Forces, being Regular or Reserve.
